Born in Osaka and trained in Tokyo’s renowned Tsukiji district, Chef Ben Sakai brings over 20 years of expertise in traditional Japanese cuisine. Known for his precision, creativity, and calm leadership, Ben leads The Wild Rabbit’s kitchen with a philosophy of balance, respect, and soul in every dish.
